Monica joined our team in 2020. She has lived in the area since 1996 and enjoys assisting people in the same community she raised her family. In her spare time, Monica enjoys cooking and making memories with loved ones.

Mayra Intriago

Mayra moved to Orlando in 2016, and we were excited to have her join our team that same year. Ileana Lopez

Ileana is originally from Queens (NY) but moved to Central Orlando in August 2021. Ileana joined our Allstate agency in May 2023, and she strives to provide excellent customer service. As a proud mother of three beautiful children, Ileana welcomes the opportunity to meet and assist other families with their unique insurance needs. Paige Kenney

Paige has worked in insurance since 2019 – the same year she joined our Allstate agency, and she takes great pride in assisting others in the Greater Orlando community with their unique insurance needs. Outside of the agency, Paige enjoys going on hikes with her dogs, paddle boarding at the local springs, supporting local businesses and making memories with her family.

Preston Rossi

Preston was born and raised in Orlando, and he graduated from the University of Florida after receiving his bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Business Administration in 2022. As the son of agency owner, Amy, they are proud to make this a family business, and as a family-business they welcome the opportunity to meet and assist others with their unique insurance needs. Alex Fischbach

Alex moved to Orlando in 2014 and loves the opportunity to help others in her community that she proudly calls home. After working in insurance for six years, Alex joined our Allstate agency in 2023. Alex graduated from Lindenwood University in 2014 with her bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Outside of the agency, Alex enjoys yoga and spending time with her husband and their dogs.

Janet Mendez

Janet has lived in the community since 2015, and she loves the opportunity to assist others in Orlando with their unique insurance needs. Laura Davanzo

Laura is a long-time resident of Winter Park and started her insurance career back in 2015 where she started with Property and Casualty insurance. With six children born and raised in Winter Park, she is a very involved member of the community. Melanie Velez is a devoted mother, wife, a licensed insurance agent with over ten years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. When she's not at work, you will find her serving the community and her church. Enjoying downtime with her children and husband, lazy afternoons when possible, crafting or reading a good book. In the summers, she joins the children and youth as a camp counselor. She brings love, compassion, and care to everyone she comes in contact with, including customers.
