I still can't believe it

This office canceled our appointment after we were fifteen minutes late due to an unexpected death in the family. When we complained they called security and had my family and I removed, refusing to treat my daughter, who just needed a refill of her medication. It is still hard for me to believe the treatment we received at this office in a time when we needed just a small bit of understanding and compassion. They did not care whether my daughter suffered because she was unable to get the medication she needed. They adhere to their “policy” in any situation regardless of who it effects, even the small children they would claim they are trying to help. I have written this not out of spite, but because I wish I had read what this office is like before I relied on them to provide treatment for my daughter. I am trying to warn other parents from making the same mistake I did.
