    (5) ***EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS***Committed To His Craft

Unfortunately I have had plenty of experience with criminal attorneys. Hired quite a few for my family members. I now know, there's a huge difference between a quality attorney and a lazy attorney that will simply take your retainer and push a plea. I digress. While there are no guarantees, I gave Lyle one directive. He not only met that directive, he exceeded my expectation. I personally witnessed judges overturn other judges decisions, hard fought battles with unreasonable prosecutors and even third party court officials that had no business arguing for the prosecution. In closing, Lyle is not just good. He's an exceptional attorney and highly committed to his craft. While I hope I never need to retain another attorney, if I do, he will be the only attorney I call for my loved ones.

  • Juvenile Crimes

If you are the parent of a son or daughter who is facing juvenile crime charges in the Orlando area, getting competent legal representation is vital to ensure that your child's future is protected. Juveniles under the age of 18 who are accused of crimes are handled by the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, which is a separate legal system from the criminal justice system for adults. The Juvenile Justice system focuses on rehabilitation as opposed to punishment. Its procedures are different than those of adult criminal procedures and having an attorney who is familiar with them is important. At the law offices of Mazin Law, Orlando criminal defense attorney Lyle Mazin is highly-qualified in all criminal law matters, including those involving juveniles. He understands the importance of keeping your child's case in the Juvenile Justice system and out of adult courts, which have much more severe penalties. He will work aggressively on your child's behalf to achieve the most favorable outcome possible, preferably one in which charges are dropped or that will result in the least restrictive consequences.

  • Probation Violations

Probation is often a consequence of a misdemeanor or felony conviction. Probation may be ordered by the court following completion of your sentence or it may be served in place of jail time. Either way, you will be required to comply with all of the terms required by the court to satisfactorily complete your period of probation. Probation may or may not be supervised by a probation officer to whom you will be required to report periodically and who will monitor your progress. Violating any of the conditions of your probation can result in serious consequences, such as a warrant for your arrest, having your probation revoked and being sent to jail, or having the terms of your probation extended or made more restrictive. Every case is different, based on the unique facts and history of the probationer. In all cases, however, it is advantageous to act quickly before an arrest occurs to avoid jail time without bond.
